 Role Overview:
FriendsJob is looking for a confident, well-spoken, and motivated Telecaller to join our team in Bhatgaon Pandey, Lucknow. If you’re passionate about communication, enjoy interacting with people, and can manage outbound calling with professionalism, this role is a perfect fit.
You will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates or clients, explaining our services clearly, and ensuring consistent follow-up to drive conversions and build engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential candidates or customers using company data
Explain job opportunities or services clearly and convincingly
Maintain call logs and update response status in Excel or CRM
Follow up with leads and assist in scheduling interviews or meetings
Share relevant job or service details via WhatsApp, SMS, or email
Assist walk-in candidates with registration and basic queries
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and submit performance updates
Maintain a courteous and professional tone in all interactions

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum Education: 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or BPO is beneficial
Excellent communication in Hindi; basic English is a plus
Comfortable using MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and basic email functions
Polite, patient, and attentive listening skills
Self-motivated, goal-focused, and professional in approach
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
