Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks using Tally Prime
Prepare export invoices efficiently
Create and manage Trial Balance, Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), and other reports
Utilize MS Excel and MS Word for reporting and documentation
Conduct vendor reconciliations, voucher entries, and journal postings
Send professional emails to clients and vendors for coordination and follow-ups
Maintain Day Book, Ledger, and assist in timely vendor payments

Required Skills
Tally Prime expertise is essential
Strong skills in MS Excel (including formulas, pivots, etc.)
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
Experience in invoice generation for exports
Good written and verbal communication for email correspondence
Previous experience in a garment export setup is a puls
