Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting work using Tally Prime
Generate invoices for export orders and manage documentation
Prepare Trial Balance, Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), and maintain financial records
Use MS Excel and MS Word for reports and financial data entry
Carry out vendor reconciliations, voucher entries, and ledger posting
Communicate professionally via emails with vendors and clients
Maintain Day Book, Journal Book, and monitor vendor payments

Required Skills
Tally Prime accounting expertise
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Experience in invoice generation, bookkeeping, and account reconciliations
Familiarity with export-related accounting tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills for email writing
Background in textile or garment export industry is preferred
