🚗 Driver Onboarding Responsibilities
📍 Field Visits: Conduct in-person visits to potential drivers.
🧾 Document Verification: Collect and validate driving license, RC, insurance, etc.
📱 App Training: Train drivers on navigation, ride acceptance, and payment features.
📣 Policy Briefing: Explain company policies, safety rules, and service standards.
🗣️ Feedback Collection: Gather feedback to enhance the onboarding process.

👥 Customer Onboarding Responsibilities
🧑‍💻 Account Setup: Assist new users in setting up and verifying their profiles.
📲 Product Demo: Guide users through app features—booking, payment, and support.
⚙️ Issue Resolution: Resolve technical or account-related queries during onboarding.
📞 Follow-Up: Conduct post-onboarding calls/visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
