👨✈️ Role Overview – Bus Captain
As a Bus Captain, you will be the face of the service, responsible for ensuring a seamless and pleasant travel experience for all passengers. This is a customer-facing, travel-intensive role requiring responsibility, professionalism, and strong communication.

📋 Key Responsibilities
🕐 Arrive punctually at the boarding point and support the passenger onboarding process
🪑 Guide passengers to their assigned seats and assist as needed
📋 Perform daily checks of onboard amenities and cleanliness
📞 Contact passengers who are running late and help them locate the boarding point
📣 Communicate clearly with the operations team regarding any service issues
🧾 Handle spot bookings and maintain accurate daily transaction records
🚌 Travel overnight with the bus (8–14 hours) and return the next day
🧴 Ensure all promised amenities are available and provided during the journey
📞 Collect journey feedback and ratings from passengers during or post-travel

✅ Candidate Requirements
🎓 Minimum educational qualification: 10th/12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
🏨 Experience in hospitality/customer service/transport is a strong advantage
🗣️ Good communication skills with fluency in English
🌐 Knowledge of one local language (Kannada preferred)
🤝 Polite, professional, and passenger-friendly behavior
🧳 Comfortable with overnight travel and customer interaction onboard
