📋 Job Summary
We are looking for a Tally Operator who will be responsible for maintaining financial records, performing data entry into Tally ERP software, generating invoices, and assisting in day-to-day accounting functions. You will support the finance and accounts team in tracking and reporting financial data, ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and other regulatory norms.
Whether you are a fresher with Tally certification or an experienced candidate with up to 2 years in accounting, this role provides a stable career path and long-term growth.

🧾 Key Responsibilities
Handle daily data entry of purchases, sales, payments, receipts, and expenses in Tally
Maintain accurate ledgers for accounts payable and receivable
Generate professional invoices as per company standards and GST norms
Reconcile bank statements, manage bank entries and cash book updates
Prepare journal entries, debit/credit notes, and other standard vouchers
Monitor inventory movement and update stock entries in Tally
Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow reports
Support in filing GST returns, TDS payments, and other statutory compliance
Maintain up-to-date records for vendor and client transactions
Track outstanding balances and follow up for payments
Ensure financial documentation is accurate, complete, and properly archived
Work closely with senior accountants or auditors to support financial reviews
Maintain confidentiality of financial records and sensitive data
Assist with internal control checks and audit preparations as needed

✅ Candidate Requirements
Education:
B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or Diploma in Accountancy
Certification in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime preferred
Experience:
0–2 years of experience in accounting or Tally data entry
Freshers with a sound knowledge of accounting principles and Tally operations are welcome
Location Preference:
Candidates residing in or near Agra, Uttar Pradesh are preferred

🛠️ Key Skills Required
Proficient in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
Sound knowledge of accounting standards and financial processes
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation frameworks
Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations and ledger entries
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations
Good communication skills in English or Hindi
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Professional conduct and willingness to learn

🕒 Work Schedule
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
