The Billing Executive will be responsible for managing daily invoicing operations, preparing and verifying bills, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accurate customer billing in accordance with organizational standards. 🔧 Key Responsibilities
Generate accurate invoices for services rendered or goods delivered to clients
Verify data and documentation such as purchase orders, delivery notes, and quotations before billing
Enter billing details into accounting systems and maintain proper transaction logs
Track receivables and support the accounts team with follow-ups on pending payments
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, dispatch) to ensure accuracy and transparency in billing
Address customer queries related to bills and provide clarification or corrections where necessary
Maintain updated records of clients, billing history, payment status, and taxes (GST)
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal audit standards
Reconcile differences and resolve any billing errors or discrepancies
Prepare monthly billing summaries and reports for management review
Assist in streamlining billing workflows for better operational efficiency
Ensure data security and confidentiality in handling customer and transaction information

✅ Candidate Requirements
Education:
Minimum: 12th Pass with Diploma in Accounting or Office Management
Preferred: Graduate Degree in Commerce, BBA, or any relevant field
Experience:
1–3 years of relevant experience in billing/accounts/invoice processing
Hands-on knowledge of software like Tally, Zoho Books, MS Excel, or any ERP system
Freshers with excellent numerical aptitude and willingness to learn may also apply
Skills & Competencies:
Strong command over billing processes and financial data entry
Familiarity with GST rules and general taxation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a team setting
Trustworthy and ethical when handling sensitive financial data
Location Preference:
Local candidates from Aizawl or nearby regions will be preferred
