As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day operations of the office. Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist in preparing materials for presentations or conferences.
Support senior management with documentation, reports, and follow-ups on operational tasks.
Handle basic data entry, invoice tracking, and purchase order documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for facility and administrative needs.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the front office/reception area.
Assist HR or finance departments with administrative functions when required.
Prepare reports and maintain logs for office equipment, supplies, and maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Help manage internal communication, office notices, and bulletin boards.
Support in organizing employee events, onboarding new hires, and coordinating logistics.

Educational Background:
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass) or equivalent.
Graduation in any stream is preferred.
Training or certification in office administration or computer applications is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers.
Basic knowledge of recordkeeping and database management.
Experience with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is a plus.
