Position Summary:
We’re looking for a mature and capable Hub Lead to oversee the day-to-day activities of our warehouse and delivery operations in Kalkaji. Principal Accountabilities:
📦 Oversee the entire operations of the Kalkaji hub – receiving, inventory, packing, and dispatch
👨💼 Manage, schedule, and supervise a warehouse picking team and last-mile delivery boys
📊 Maintain proper stock records, track order flow, and address discrepancies in advance
❄️ Enforce food safety and cold chain logistics standards at all times
📲 Coordinate with the central operations team through mobile and web-based interfaces

📘 Train new employees on SOPs and company procedures
🧼 Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and operating discipline throughout the hub

Eligibility Criteria:
