Position Summary:
We are hiring meticulous and punctual Picker/Packers to support our warehouse operations in Mohali. Your primary responsibility will be to pick, pack, and prepare orders while maintaining FreshToHome’s strict hygiene and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
📦 Pick products (meat, seafood, frozen items) from stock accurately based on order details
📦 Pack products properly using provided materials to preserve freshness and ensure safe transport
🧼 Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in cold storage and packing zones
🔍 Check product expiry dates, labeling, and quality before packing
🤝 Coordinate with delivery boys and supervisors for timely dispatch
📋 Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to food safety regulations

Eligibility Criteria:
🎓 Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (Secondary School)
💪 Physically capable of working in cold storage and handling packaging tasks
📱 Basic smartphone usage skills (for checking orders)
📍 Must reside in or near Mohali, Punjab
🕒 Punctual and willing to work flexible shifts (morning/evening)
📦 Prior experience in warehouse, packaging, or FMCG industry is a bonus
