🧰 Primary Responsibilities:
Work on day-to-day accounts using Tally ERP or equivalent software
Prepare and submit GST returns, TDS, and other statutory papers
Handle accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and invoicing
Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and manage cash flow
Assist in preparing monthly/annual financial reports
Maintain proper documentation for internal audits and compliance
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities

🎓 Candidate Profile:
Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/Accounting)
Experience: 1 to 3 years in accounting roles
Proficiency in Tally ERP, GST, and TDS
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting processes
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

✅ Desirable Skills:
Prior experience in MSME, manufacturing, or trading sectors
Familiarity with compliance reporting and audit processes
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
