FriendsJob is looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Accountant to handle daily financial operations such as billing, data entry, and accounts maintenance at our Rahimnagar Padhiyana office.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with basic accounting knowledge, familiarity with Tally or Excel, and a desire to grow in a professional office environment.

📌 Main Duties:
🧾 Record daily financial transactions using accounting software
📑 Prepare bills, invoices, and maintain purchase/sales records
📊 Assist in creating monthly and quarterly financial reports
🏦 Handle petty cash, reconcile bank statements, and maintain ledgers
🗂️ Organize vouchers, receipts, and important financial documents
📥 Manage GST, TDS entries and basic tax-related tasks (if applicable)
📞 Coordinate with vendors and internal team for billing and payments
📋 Support audits and handle general office accounting tasks

🎓 Eligibility & Skills:
🎓 Education: Minimum 12th pass; B.Com/M.Com preferred
💻 Familiarity with Tally, MS Excel, and accounting basics
📚 Knowledge of GST & TDS is desirable but not mandatory
🔢 Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
📅 Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
✅ Freshers with basic accounting software skills are welcome to apply
