FriendsJob is hiring a passionate and hardworking HR Recruiter to help us identify and onboard the right candidates for various job roles. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about recruitment, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable managing candidate calls and screening.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
📞 Make outgoing and receive incoming calls for candidate sourcing
📄 Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
📅 Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
📊 Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports
🔁 Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
📝 Support onboarding and joining formalities
📢 Advertise job openings on job portals and social media

✅ Requirements
🎓 Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Degree or HR certification is a plus)
🔍 Familiar with job portals and social media sourcing
🗣️ Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
⚙️ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
💻 Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
🗂️ Good organizational and follow-up skills
📌 Experience in recruitment is a bonus but not mandatory
