🏢 Position Summary:
FriendsJob is hiring a Hub Lead for a fast-moving warehouse and delivery center in Sector 111, Noida. This role is ideal for candidates with logistics experience and a hands-on leadership approach. As Hub Lead, you will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate delivery staff, and ensure seamless order fulfillment at one of Noida’s busiest logistics locations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee warehouse operations including inbound & outbound flow
Lead a team of delivery executives, pickers, and sorters
Ensure daily order dispatch, accuracy, and on-time delivery
Monitor attendance, shift rosters, and manpower allocation
Report daily performance metrics and KPIs to management
Manage inventory levels, damage control, and order tracking
Handle escalations from customers and resolve logistics delays
Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety, and compliance SOPs

✅ Candidate Profile:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation Preferred)
2–4 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, or warehousing
Strong team management and communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, MIS tools)
Physically fit, comfortable with fast-paced operations
Familiarity with delivery tracking apps and stock management tools
