🤝 Build and maintain positive relationships with callers
📊 Assist in managing daily call logs and reports using Excel or CRM tools

✅ Candidate Profile
🎓 Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred
🗣️ Proficient in Hindi communication; basic English skills are a plus
📱 Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, and basic computer applications
⌨️ Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
👍 Positive attitude with the ability to meet call targets consistently
📞 Previous telecalling or customer support experience is advantageous but not mandatory
