🛠️ Core Responsibilities:
Pick items as per digital order sheets using barcode scanners.
Perform multi-layer packing to reduce damage in transit.
Segregate parcels by pin code and route them for last-mile delivery.
Maintain accurate inventory logs with handheld terminals (HHTs).
Report anomalies like low stock, damage, or wrong SKU instantly.
Follow Blinkit’s SOPs for hygiene, safety, and order processing speed.

✅ Who Should Apply:
Minimum education: 10th pass
Age: 18 to 35 years
Physically active and able to stand/walk throughout the shift
Ready for shift rotation (day/night/weekends)
Past experience in logistics, warehouse or e-commerce fulfillment is a plus
