About the Role:
We are hiring energetic and responsible Delivery Boys in Achheja for our logistics and delivery operations. As a Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for timely and safe deliveries of packages to customer locations while ensuring excellent service standards. Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver packages to customers within assigned routes.
Ensure timely deliveries with accuracy and safety.
Follow the assigned route and time schedule efficiently.
Maintain delivery logs and update records through the mobile app.
Communicate respectfully with clients and resolve minor concerns on the spot.
Handle parcels carefully and comply with traffic and company regulations.
Collect payments if required (COD deliveries).
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 10th Pass or above.
Valid Driving License (Two-Wheeler).
Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with proper documentation.
Basic understanding of smartphone usage (for delivery app updates).
Physically fit and willing to work on the field.
Prior delivery experience preferred but not mandatory.
Skills Required:
Strong time management and route navigation skills.
Basic customer service etiquette.
Ability to handle parcels of various sizes.
Responsible, punctual, and self-motivated attitude.
Working Conditions:
Work timing: 8–10 hours/day (rotational or fixed shift).
Weekly off (as per company policy).
Fuel allowance/incentives provided as per company norms.
App-based task assignment and route optimization.
