🔍 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Accompany a company-provided van and deliver Flipkart packages to customers’ doorsteps
Load, unload, and handle parcels with care and accuracy
Manage basic delivery documentation through mobile apps
Follow delivery routes as per team coordination and GPS guidance
Represent Flipkart professionally with polite customer interaction
🙋♂️ Candidate Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass
Open to both freshers and experienced delivery staff
Must have: Aadhaar, PAN, Bank Account, Resume
Age group: 18–35 years preferred
Should know local routes and have basic communication skills
💸 Salary & Benefits Breakdown:
Pay Component Amount (Monthly)
Base Salary ₹13,500
Attendance Bonus ₹1,500
Mobile/Data Recharge ₹250
Incentive (Performance) ₹1,000 – ₹4,000
Total Take-Home ₹16,000 – ₹19,000*
