✅ Job Role Overview:
Position: Van Delivery Boy
Type: Full-time field job
Working Days: 6 days/week
Shift: Day shift (8–10 hours)
Van Provided by Flipkart

💰 Salary & Benefits:
In-hand Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹19,000 per month
CTC: ₹21,000/month including PF + ESI

📦 Key Responsibilities:
Deliver packages to customers in Ballabhgarh and nearby localities
Operate Flipkart’s delivery van responsibly
Scan, load, and unload parcels for timely distribution
Coordinate with warehouse and support team
Maintain proper documentation and update delivery app

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Minimum 8th or 10th Pass
Age Limit: 18 to 40 years
License Required: LMV or Commercial License (Mandatory)
Smartphone: Required with basic app usage knowledge
