Job Responsibilities:
Pick products from designated locations based on order sheets
Pack items accurately, safely, and according to standards
Label packages and prepare them for dispatch
Operate barcode scanners and follow inventory protocols
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Report inventory shortages or product damage to supervisors
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 10th pass
Physically fit and capable of standing or walking for long hours
Basic reading/writing skills (Hindi or English)
Freshers welcome; prior warehouse or packing experience is a plus
Local candidates from Sector 70 or nearby areas preferred
Punctual, detail-oriented, and a team player
Salary Package & Benefits:
Monthly In-Hand Salary: ₹13,500 – ₹16,000
Total CTC: Up to ₹18,000 (including PF, ESI & other statutory benefits)
Incentives for attendance and performance (as per company policy)
Overtime wages (if applicable)
Weekly off and 9-hour fixed shifts
Transparent payroll system and timely salary disbursement
Shift Information:
Fixed 9-hour shifts (including breaks)
Day shift and rotational shifts as per operational needs
Weekly rotational off
