🎯 Job Purpose
As a Picker Packer, your role is to ensure that every grocery item is picked, packed, and ready for delivery with accuracy and care. You’ll work in a state-of-the-art warehouse with safety-first protocols and high-performance expectations.
✅ Responsibilities
Pick items as per system-generated order list
Pack items securely for delivery dispatch
Handle grocery products with care, ensuring zero damage
Scan barcodes to update stock in real-time
Maintain hygiene and order in the warehouse
Follow team leader instructions and safety guidelines
Complete daily task sheets and handovers efficiently
👨💼 Who Can Apply (Eligibility)
Male candidates only, aged 18 to 40
Must have Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Bank Passbook
Physically fit, able to lift and move lightweight grocery crates
Minimum education: 8th pass (preferred)
Willing to work in day/night shifts
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
💰 Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹14,500 – ₹18,000 (based on shift)
Weekly payouts – earn every 7 days
