Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Deliver grocery orders to customers across Sector 14, Mohali and nearby areas.
Ensure on-time, accurate, and safe deliveries.
Verify orders before dispatch and handle products with care.
Process cash or digital payments securely as required.
Follow delivery routes using the BigBasket mobile application.
Maintain high customer service standards during every delivery.
Adhere to traffic rules and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Minimum 10th pass (Higher Secondary preferred).
License: Valid two-wheeler driving license with RC.
Vehicle: Own bike in good condition.
Skills:
Basic smartphone operation skills.
Knowledge of Sector 14, Mohali roads and nearby routes.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Experience: 0–2 years in delivery/logistics preferred; freshers welcome.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 (including incentives).
