About the Opportunity

As a Delivery Boy, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of customer orders while maintaining BigBasket’s reputation for top-notch service.

Salary & Benefits
Take-Home Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (including incentives)

Key Responsibilities
Deliver grocery orders to customers across Jamalpur and surrounding Mohali areas.
Ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining excellent service quality.
Verify and cross-check orders before dispatch.
Handle cash and digital payment transactions securely when required.
Follow assigned routes via the BigBasket mobile application.
Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols.
Represent BigBasket professionally in customer interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Minimum 10th pass (Higher Secondary preferred)
License: Valid two-wheeler driving license with RC
Vehicle: Own bike in good working condition
Skills:
Basic smartphone handling for order tracking
Good knowledge of Jamalpur and nearby routes
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience: 0–2 years in delivery/logistics preferred, freshers welcome

Work Schedule
6 working days per week (rotational weekly off)
Flexible shift timings (morning/evening) available
