Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick items based on order sheets and scanning devices.
Pack goods safely, ensuring zero damage during transit.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
Verify product codes, labels, and order accuracy before dispatch.
Support warehouse operations including stock checks and inventory updates.
Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum qualification: 10th pass / 12th pass.
Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or packing roles preferred but not mandatory.
Physically fit and able to handle packages.
Good attention to detail and time management skills.
Team player with willingness to work flexible shifts.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,500 (based on performance & interview).
Overtime allowances and performance-based incentives.
