Role Overview
As a Compliance Executive, you will be responsible for monitoring statutory regulations, preparing compliance reports, and ensuring the company adheres to all legal and internal policies. Key Responsibilities
Ensure company operations comply with legal standards, labor laws, and statutory guidelines.
Maintain accurate compliance records, reports, and audit documentation.
Support external and internal audits with timely and accurate information.
Draft and update policies, compliance checklists, and agreements.
File statutory documents within prescribed deadlines.
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Legal teams for compliance matters.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Law, or Business Administration.
1–3 years of experience in compliance, audit, or legal functions.
Strong knowledge of corporate governance, statutory regulations, and compliance laws.
Proficient in documentation, reporting, and Excel.
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
