Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance (PF/ESI).
Handle employee grievances and support performance management systems.
Conduct induction, training, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure smooth coordination between management and employees for HR policies and processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
1–3 years of proven experience in HR, recruitment, or talent management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (depending on experience & interview).
