Key Responsibilities:
Deliver groceries and daily essentials to customers promptly and accurately.

Maintain product safety and quality during transportation.
Provide excellent customer service and confirm order satisfaction upon delivery.
Follow traffic rules and Zepto’s delivery guidelines to ensure safe operations.
Update order status and report issues to the support team promptly.
Manage delivery inventory and assist in route optimization for timely completion.
Requirements:
Strong time management and ability to work independently.
Good communication skills in Hindi or English.
Familiarity with local routes in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi is an advantage.
Must hold a valid driver’s license (for riders) or be comfortable using a cycle.
Previous experience in delivery/customer service preferred but not mandatory.
Physically fit to handle packages of varying weights.
