In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and secure delivery of parcels to customers while maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities
Collect parcels from Delhivery hubs or warehouses.
Deliver shipments to customers within assigned timelines.
Plan and follow efficient routes for faster deliveries.
Interact politely with customers and resolve delivery-related queries.
Maintain records of deliveries, collect signatures, and handle payments if required.
Ensure safe handling of packages and compliance with traffic rules.
Coordinate with warehouse and management teams for smooth operations.
Report delivery challenges and assist in problem-solving.

Requirements
Minimum 10th/12th pass.
1–2 years of delivery experience preferred.
Must own a valid driving license and two-wheeler.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Physically fit to handle parcels and long delivery routes.
Knowledge of Gurugram’s routes is an added advantage.
Strong time management and reliability.
