Key Responsibilities:
Pick up food orders from partner restaurants and deliver them to customers promptly.
Ensure safe handling and accurate delivery of food items.
Interact with customers in a polite and professional manner.
Manage cash transactions and verify order details when required.
Follow traffic and safety rules at all times.
Handle customer queries or issues with a positive approach.
Keep delivery vehicle and Swiggy delivery bag in good condition.
Update delivery status using the Swiggy app.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Familiarity with Madurai roads and local areas preferred.
Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English is a plus.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Smartphone with internet connection for the Swiggy app.
Freshers are welcome; prior delivery experience is an advantage.
