In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring timely and secure delivery of packages to customers. Key Responsibilities:
Collect parcels from assigned Delhivery hubs or warehouses.
Deliver packages to customer addresses safely and within the given timeline.
Plan and manage delivery routes for efficient coverage.
Communicate effectively with customers, resolving queries politely.
Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures and payments.
Adhere to all traffic and safety rules while on duty.
Escalate any issues or delays to the management team promptly.
Coordinate with warehouse staff and other team members for smooth operations.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
1–2 years of delivery or similar work experience preferred.
Valid driving license (bike/vehicle) with a good driving record.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Physically fit to lift packages and travel long distances.
Familiar with Gurugram routes and local areas.
Excellent time management and punctuality.
