Key Responsibilities
Deliver packages to assigned locations on time.
Plan daily routes for efficient delivery.
Handle packages carefully during loading and unloading to avoid damage.
Collect and record payments for deliveries when needed.
Respond to customer queries and complaints professionally.
Resolve any discrepancies with delivered packages promptly.
Obtain customer signatures upon successful delivery.
Maintain the delivery vehicle, including cleaning, refueling, and basic upkeep.
Report accidents, traffic violations, or delivery issues to management.
Follow all road safety rules and company policies.

Job Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
1–2 years of delivery experience preferred.
Knowledge of road safety regulations.
Familiarity with local roads and routes in Bhiwandi.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Punctual, reliable, and committed to quality service.
