About the Role

As a Delivery Boy, you will pick up orders from partner restaurants and ensure they reach customers’ doorsteps efficiently, maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Pick up food and grocery orders from partner restaurants and deliver to customers on time.
Maintain a courteous and professional attitude with customers and restaurant staff.
Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained.
Follow designated routes and adhere to traffic and safety regulations.
Handle cash and digital payments accurately as per company guidelines.
Track deliveries and update order status in the system promptly.
Address customer queries and resolve concerns effectively.
Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance service quality.
Report delays or any issues to management immediately.
Promote company services and offers when interacting with customers.

Job Requirements
Minimum education: 12th Pass or higher.
1–2 years of delivery or customer service experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a reliable two-wheeler or vehicle.
Good communication skills in English and local languages.
Familiarity with Vadodara routes and traffic conditions.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking.
Strong customer service mindset and punctuality.
