Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and grocery orders to customers across Pune.

Verify each order before dispatch to meet Zomato’s quality standards.
Adhere to traffic regulations and follow all safety protocols.
Keep delivery vehicles/equipment well-maintained and organized.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery updates.
Report delays, issues, or route challenges to the Zomato support team.
Meet assigned delivery targets and contribute positively to team performance.
Demonstrate flexibility to work during peak hours, weekends, and holidays.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (SSC).
Must possess a valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license with a reliable vehicle.
Freshers may apply; prior delivery experience is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
Physically fit and capable of handling delivery tasks.
Ability to navigate using maps/GPS within Pune.
