Job Description:
Big Basket, a verified employer, is hiring male candidates as Delivery Executives in Bengaluru. As a Delivery Executive, you will ensure timely and safe delivery of goods within a 10kg range. Enjoy daily payouts and performance-based incentives while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service.
Handle packages carefully, ensuring zero damage.
Payment & Allowances:
Fixed monthly salary: ₹21,000.
Daily payout: ₹700 minimum guarantee for completing at least 20 deliveries/day.
Petrol allowance based on kilometers driven (including pick-up distance).

Incentives:
Earn ₹20–₹80 bonus per order beyond the first 15 daily deliveries.
Orders over 10km counted as double for incentive calculation.
₹1,000 incentive for logging in more than 26 days/month.
₹1,000 additional incentive for maintaining zero complaint deliveries in a day.

Requirements:
12th Standard / PUC qualification.
Freshers can apply.
