As a Delivery Boy at FriendsJob, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers, ensuring timely and safe delivery, and providing excellent service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver packages to customers promptly and safely.
Ensure accurate delivery to the correct addresses.
Maintain clear communication with customers regarding their orders.
Manage cash transactions and maintain delivery records.
Follow traffic rules and drive safely at all times.
Keep your delivery vehicle (bike or scooty) clean and well-maintained.
Report any issues or feedback to the management team.
Adhere to FriendsJob’s policies and delivery procedures.
Efficiently manage time to meet delivery schedules.
Assist in loading and unloading packages when required.

Requirements:
Own a bike or scooty with a valid driving license.
Knowledge of local routes in Chennai.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
At least 1 year of experience in a delivery role.
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Flexible to work on weekends or shifts.
Good communication skills in English or local languages.
Ability to handle packages carefully and ensure timely deliveries.
