Job Description:
Amazon is hiring for Shipping and Delivery Support roles in Mumbai! We are seeking dedicated professionals to ensure smooth coordination between Delivery Associates, Delivery Service Providers, Station Managers, and Customer Service teams. As a Shipping and Delivery Support (SDS) Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining timely deliveries and resolving any issues that may impact customer satisfaction or delivery performance.
This role requires strong communication skills, logistics knowledge, and the ability to make real-time decisions to maintain efficiency and quality throughout the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Delivery Associates and Service Providers to ensure seamless delivery operations.
Resolve customer queries and delivery-related issues promptly.
Utilize internal tools to research and address delivery challenges.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders via phone and email regarding delivery updates.
Monitor and analyze delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with team members to implement best practices in shipping and delivery.
Document recurring issues for future resolution and process improvement.
Maintain Amazon’s high standards for quality and customer experience.

Requirements:
Graduation from a recognized institution.
1–2 years of experience in shipping, delivery, or logistics roles.
Strong understanding of logistics operations and processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computers and relevant software tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset focused on customer satisfaction.
Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
