Job Description:
FriendsJob is hiring dedicated Delivery Boys to join our Ranchi, Jharkhand team. As a Delivery Boy, you will ensure timely and safe delivery of parcels, especially medicines, to customers’ residences. This position offers flexible working hours, allowing you to manage your schedule effectively while earning competitive pay and incentives.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about providing excellent service and ensuring timely deliveries while working in a supportive and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver parcels, particularly medicines, to customers’ homes promptly and safely.
Pack and handle medicines carefully to prevent damage.
Purchase medicines from authorized distributors as needed.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments, and related transactions.
Follow safety, hygiene, and company protocols during deliveries.
Communicate effectively with customers to resolve queries and provide updates.
Optimize delivery routes for timely and efficient service.
Assist in maintaining inventory related to deliveries.
Report any issues, delays, or discrepancies to supervisors.
Collaborate with the FriendsJob team to improve delivery operations.

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and personal bike required.
Proficiency in using an Android smartphone for navigation and communication.
1–2 years of experience in delivery or a similar role preferred.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Knowledge of local routes and areas in Ranchi.
Physically fit to handle delivery tasks.
Willingness to work flexible hours as per delivery schedules.
