Key Responsibilities:
Deliver parcels promptly and efficiently to designated customer locations.
Maintain accurate delivery records and updates using your Android smartphone.
Handle all packages with care to ensure they reach customers safely.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and changes.
Report any delivery issues or delays to supervisors immediately.
Follow all traffic rules and safety protocols while on the road.
Keep the delivery bike clean and in good condition.
Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes.
Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions accurately when required.
Provide professional and courteous customer service to enhance the company’s reputation.

Requirements:
Own a bike and hold a valid driving license.
Possess an Android smartphone for delivery management.
1–2 years of experience in delivery or a similar role preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of Delhi routes and neighborhoods.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to handle cash and provide correct change.
