Key Responsibilities:
Pick up shipment bags from the nearest Flipkart hub.
Deliver parcels and shipments to designated customer addresses across Pune.
Collect return shipments from customers and handle them securely.
Return collected CoD cash and return shipments to the hub at the end of each day.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
Ensure the safety and security of all shipments during transport.
Communicate effectively with hub staff regarding issues or updates.
Follow traffic rules and safety regulations while driving.
Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
Attend training sessions as required to enhance delivery skills.

Requirements:
Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass.
Must have a valid Driving License (DL), Aadhar, PAN, and bank account.
Previous delivery experience of 1–2 years preferred.
Own a bike for delivery purposes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic knowledge of Pune city and its routes.
Physically fit to manage delivery tasks efficiently.
