Key Responsibilities:
Deliver food orders and packages to customers on time while upholding Zomato’s service standards.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding order details and estimated delivery times.
Collect payments when required and issue receipts.

Follow road safety rules and Zomato’s delivery guidelines.
Assist in resolving customer concerns related to deliveries.
Maintain the assigned vehicle in good working condition.
Keep accurate records of orders, deliveries, and payments.
Provide polite and professional service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
Valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler (bike/scooter).
Familiarity with Bakrol Bujrang and nearby routes.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused attitude.
Physically fit to manage delivery tasks.
Basic knowledge of using smartphone apps for order tracking (preferred).
