Key Responsibilities
Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of parcels across Tauru and surrounding areas.
Collect and manage cash-on-delivery payments with full accountability.
Maintain delivery logs, update records, and report discrepancies promptly.
Ensure the safe handling of packages, including fragile or perishable items.
Follow all traffic rules, safety regulations, and company protocols while on duty.
Maintain the delivery vehicle in excellent condition and report maintenance issues.
Communicate professionally with customers and address queries or complaints effectively.
Optimize routes to maximize efficiency and reduce delivery time.

Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum education: High School Diploma (12th Pass or higher)
Valid driver’s license and access to a bike or company-assigned vehicle
1–2 years of relevant delivery experience preferred (freshers may apply)
Knowledge of local routes and geography in Tauru, Haryana
Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently with a professional and responsible attitude
