Key Responsibilities
Collect groceries and products from Big Basket’s designated warehouse.
Deliver orders accurately and on time to customers’ addresses.
Verify order details and customer information before dispatch.
Handle and transport items safely to avoid damage.
Offer excellent customer service and resolve basic delivery queries.
Collect payments (cash or digital) and issue receipts when required.
Keep delivery records updated and report discrepancies promptly.
Adhere to traffic rules, safety standards, and company policies.
Stay in touch with the dispatch team regarding delivery status.
Represent Big Basket professionally and courteously.

Requirements
Minimum educational qualification: 10th Pass.
0 – 6 months of experience in delivery (freshers can apply).
Valid driver’s license and two-wheeler mandatory.
Familiarity with local routes in Noida is preferred.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple deliveries.
