Responsibilities:
Pick up food orders from restaurants and deliver them promptly to customers.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during deliveries.
Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations while on the road.
Handle cash and digital payments accurately.
Track deliveries using the Swiggy app and report any issues.
Ensure food quality and proper handling during transit.
Work in varying weather conditions and delivery environments.
Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the delivery vehicle.
Provide feedback to improve delivery efficiency.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of 10th grade or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English or local languages.
Valid two-wheeler license and a bike/scooter for deliveries.
Familiarity with Vijayawada roads and areas is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Basic smartphone skills for navigation and order management.
Customer-friendly attitude and dedication to timely deliveries.
Previous delivery experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
