Job Description:

As a Delivery Boy at Zomato, your main responsibility will be to ensure timely delivery of meals while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver food orders from restaurants to customers quickly and safely.
Ensure all food items are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders and delivery status.
Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations while riding.
Manage cash and digital payments accurately and provide receipts when needed.
Report any delivery issues or customer complaints to Zomato management.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on your bike or delivery vehicle.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene during all deliveries.
Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure accurate and timely orders.
Provide friendly, professional service to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
Minimum education: 10th Pass.
1-2 years of experience in delivery or a similar role.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Smartphone with GPS for navigation and delivery tracking.
Familiarity with New Delhi roads and local areas.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
