Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
As a Delivery Boy at BigBasket, you will play a vital role in making sure customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition. This role is best suited for candidates who are reliable, customer-focused, and passionate about service.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver food and grocery orders to customers in designated areas.
Ensure timely and safe delivery of all items.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders.
Maintain accurate delivery and payment records.
Follow all traffic rules and safe driving practices.
Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good condition.
Report customer feedback or delivery issues to management promptly.
Adhere to BigBasket’s delivery policies and standards.
Manage delivery schedules efficiently to maximize productivity.
Assist with additional tasks when required.

Requirements
Must have a valid two-wheeler and driving license.
Minimum 1 year of experience in delivery jobs.
Mandatory documents: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Bank Passbook.
Minimum education: 12th Pass.
Strong customer service mindset and reliability.
Flexibility to work extra hours, including weekends if required.
Good knowledge of local routes in Ahmedabad.
Effective communication skills in English or local language.
