Key Responsibilities
Pick up food orders from partner restaurants and deliver them to customers.
Ensure prompt and accurate deliveries for customer satisfaction.
Communicate politely and clearly with customers regarding their orders.
Maintain records of deliveries and payments accurately.
Drive safely by following all traffic rules and safety standards.
Keep your delivery vehicle clean and ready for use.
Report any customer feedback or issues to the management team.
Work in coordination with restaurant partners for smooth operations.
Follow Zomato’s delivery policies and guidelines.
Manage your time effectively to complete deliveries on schedule.

Requirements
Valid Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.
Driving License (DL) or Learner’s License (LLR).
Active bank account for salary payments.
Own a bike for deliveries.
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or above.
Basic communication skills in English or local language.
Positive, customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
