In this role, you will manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and finalizing selections. Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently.
Conduct telephonic and video interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
Review job descriptions to match candidate skills and qualifications.
Perform telephonic screening of CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Handle data management and reporting using MS Office tools.
Leverage cold calling and email strategies to attract potential hires.
Maintain strong professional communication with candidates and stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing recruitment cycles.
Ability to conduct professional telephonic and virtual interviews.
Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
