Job Overview:
FriendsJob, a leading media company in Mumbai, is hiring experienced professionals for the role of Back Office Team Leader. This position is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in team management and are passionate about leading and developing high-performing back-office teams.
We are looking to hire 10 dynamic candidates who can drive team success and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide a team of back-office production agents
Monitor daily operations and ensure timely delivery of team targets
Motivate team members, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations
Maintain and update training and development plans for team growth
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to identify areas of improvement and mitigate operational risks
Prioritize tasks and manage workloads to consistently meet service level agreements (SLAs)

Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in team handling or back-office operations
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Educational qualification: 12th Pass or higher

Job Benefits:
Competitive salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month (negotiable for highly qualified candidates)

Additional Information:
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotational shifts
