In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining data accuracy across multiple systems, supporting daily business operations, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update an organized and comprehensive filing system
Perform accurate and timely data entry in Excel and ERP platforms
Coordinate with HR/Admin, front office, vendors, and consultants as needed
Assist in payment follow-ups with the accounts department
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within deadlines
