Core Responsibilities:
Efficiently select (pick) products from inventory based on accurate order specifications
Carefully pack and prepare items to prevent damage during transit
Conduct thorough quality and quantity checks before packaging
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace within the warehouse
Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet daily shipping targets
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and operational procedures
Support loading/unloading operations when required
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
Physically capable of performing manual labor and standing for extended periods
Strong teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude
Dependable, punctual, and motivated to deliver high-quality work
Prior experience in warehouse, packing, or logistics is an advantage but not mandatory
